Services We Provide

We provide the following services for direct hire, contract and contract-to-hire roles.

Contingent Search

Multiple recruiters from our team will search for qualified candidates as part of their shared workload with other clients. The advantage of a contingent search is no up front fee as we only get paid once you hire our candidate. The disadvantage is we cannot afford to give the roles high priority.

Retained Search

A senior recruiter with job-related experience (think headhunter) is dedicated to conduct a scorched-earth campaign to find the perfect candidate for a specific role. In return for dedicating a full-time recruiter, we do ask for an upfront deposit that is applied towards the placement fee.

Engaged Search

Multiple recruiters are assigned multiple high-priorty roles for the client. With an engaged search, a monthly engagement deposit is required to allow us to dedicate multiple recruiters to focus on filling multiple high priority roles. Engagement deposits are applied towards placements fees.

Immigration Services

We offer expertise and processing services related to work visas, student visas, green cards, and more. We are more than happy to have a conversation with your team to help educate you on your options regarding visas and sponorship, free of charge.
